Our 3’s classes are designed to encourage potty-trained children to play together with safety and consideration of others, to share, to listen at appropriate times, to try new things and to follow simple routines and safety rules. Our low student to teacher ratio provides for one on one nurturing time with each child. Academic skills appropriate for 3’s, such as colors and shapes, are taught through a hands-on, play-based approach. Group circle time, Bible stories and children’s literature, free-choice play, dramatic play, arts and crafts, indoor gym games, outdoor playground and snack time round out the day. Children attend Chapel twice a month.
